Champagne FOLIAGE
"The Castle of Avize" is a recent Champagne house, turned towards the 21st century.
Its main objective is to produce Great Champagnes. To do this, the House is proud of its demanding philosophy is based on promoting organic and biodynamic viticulture, followed by their winemaker.
Based on this philosophy, the "Foliage" series is born.
The house uses natural grapes with absolutely no chemicals. All the grapes for "Foliage" are obviously certified organic by the independent body "Ecocert"
(FR-BIO-01).
